empty fields in the application

Please , my dear friends...
I am not married ... so the third paper in the application(family Members) is totally Empty,

will I leave it like that ? or I must write (N/A) at all fields?
and if so ... how will that be in the date fields?

-Write N/A. Do not keep empty boxes in each category. The boxes which are nor applicable to you write N/A. Thank you.

Write N/A in spaces for writing ; you can write NA in the date fields too or leave date fields like they are
