I'm a permanent resident living in Canada and commuting to work in the US. I'm married and my spouse is living in the US. I travel occasionally to stay with my wife on some days. Am I eligible to sponsor my wife if I commute to work daily to the US?

Yes, under "outland" processing, assuming that the nature of the commute does not cause IRCC to believe that your residence is actually in the USA, regardless of your assertion. For a daily commute, you are probably safe.
