I got married in Dec 2023 in India and applied my PR application in March 2023 with 512 points (not accompanying spouse). I have also applied for her spousal open work permit in April 2024 which got approved in June 2024. Now she is coming to Canada, and I have recived my ITA in July 2024. IRCC is asking for a reason to non accompanying your wife. I am really worried as I did not expect this as I assumed I will sponsor her later as I did not wanted to reduce my score. Should I reject my ITA and file new application combined or what? please advise.

You are not supposed to list your spouse non-accompanying just to gain competitive scores. The fact that your wife is coming here on SOWP is a big red flag. Hire a lawyer now. This is beyond DIY space of forum. FYI - gaming CRS with "non-accompany" isn't a very respectful thing to do, it mocks thousands of other EE applicants who stayed ethical and were rightfully deserving.

I believe it is a genuine thing, accompanying spouse not only reduce points (which is not gifted it is something I earned over the years) but also it adds up the cost, documents and extra efforts. I did not hide from IRCC the fact about my marriage her profile was evaluated during the SOWP. When I applied for SOWP my PR file was already in the pool (I believe officer will definitely know that). Also, I believe it is not unfaithful practice to decide to apply for a PR for spouse when we both are prepared in terms everything.
Even now I believe I should have included her during my application as our score was still eligible to get an ITA in the last draw.
Also, I consulted 1st lawyer he concluded the same thing and gave me the above response.
I am still ok to decline my invitation if required to and apply fresh. But I want to take decision statiscally and not emotionally.
I am not an expert here, but even withdrawal of application at this stage where you specified spouse as non accompanying and then applied for SOWP, could raise concerns to IRCC ( I am even doubtful that they will allow you to withdraw now).
You did everything right in terms of process, but ethically it is sort of exploiting a system where the law is not very clear around stating the spouse as non accompanying just to boost up the score. Plus the things were complicated with SOWP application.
Possibly you could have just directly applied for spousal sponsorship. As stated, a lawyer would be more helpful that to reply on replies on this forum.
EDIT - you dates seems to be bit confusing - I got married in Dec 2023 in India and applied my PR application in March 2023 , but you also mentioned that you received ITA in July 2024 ?? SOWP was approved before you received ITA ? When did you receive ITA exactly and when did you receive the query from IRCC?

ah okay, I was wrong then. You havent even submitted your application yet. I thought you accepted ITA and submitted you application to IRCC at which IRCC sent some communication for you to explain reason for non accompanying.

Ideally since your spouse is approved for SOWP and would be travelling to Canada, wont you prefer to list as accompanying ? Sponsoring would take more time.

I cannot list her accompanying her now as that will decrease my points and my application would be rejected
1 Lawyer advised me to mention the reason as
As spouse SOWP was approved, I didnot ask for ger PR as she was already on temporary visa.

I got married before submitting my EE profile and I did not include my wife as dependent as it reduced my overall score. It also made my profile ineligible for CEC as my spouse was not in Canada, I chose non-accompanying spouse to complete and submit my CEC profile.
Below is the reason I mentioned after receiving the invitation: *The question where it asked: Please explain why not* after getting the ITA:
-We are not getting enough points as a family to immigrate together, I chose this option to become a permanent resident first and sponsor my wife in the future.
I did not include any LOE or any sorts of additional letter, provided IRCC with the actual truth in that field and my application was approved with regular CEC timeline. My wife moved to Canada with SOWP at first as I had Open work permit and I submitted Inland spousal sponsorship as soon as I got my e-COPR, it was approved with the regular timeline as well.
