I believe it is a genuine thing, accompanying spouse not only reduce points (which is not gifted it is something I earned over the years) but also it adds up the cost, documents and extra efforts. I did not hide from IRCC the fact about my marriage her profile was evaluated during the SOWP. When I applied for SOWP my PR file was already in the pool (I believe officer will definitely know that). Also, I believe it is not unfaithful practice to decide to apply for a PR for spouse when we both are prepared in terms everything.
Even now I believe I should have included her during my application as our score was still eligible to get an ITA in the last draw.
Also, I consulted 1st lawyer he concluded the same thing and gave me the above response.
I am still ok to decline my invitation if required to and apply fresh. But I want to take decision statiscally and not emotionally.
