Hello everyone,
I would appreciate some guidance regarding my Express Entry application.
I am currently living in Canada and I’m married, but my wife is still back home. When I calculate my CRS score as married and not accompanying, I get 516 points. However, if I indicate that she will accompany me to Canada, my score drops.
My question is: Can I apply for Express Entry without including her as an accompanying spouse for now?
If I receive my PR, will I be able to sponsor her afterward?
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

No issue.

Yes. I did that for my application and I was even FSW-Outland. I mentioned in the application that I don’t get enough points if she accompanies me now so I’ll sponsor later. I got the PR in 2022.
