AOR is Acknowledgement Of Receipt it means that they confirm they got ur application.

from my knowledge, duration depends on individual's case. OID and EE both take approximately same time for processing.
My gut feeling says atleast one of them will open again before this year ends.

EE is fater OID takes 12+ months after nomination coz its paper based. EE take max 8 months after nomination

Can wee change our NOC to demand NOC like 2171 and apply to SINP .

Do we get any issue ? As 2173 is not in much demand in any provinces

Nxt is ur status will change to in process they will review all your docs if anything is missing they'll mail you asking for that doc and if everything is well submitted they will nominate your application.

Your NOC shld match your education credentials as well as your reference letter from HR.
