I remember your ECAS changed to in process on the 19th. Have you received a decision already? What does your background check say?

decision usually comes after they have received your PP. so PPR normally comes before Decision made in most cases. my ECAS is still showing "in process" even though my application has been approved and closed.

Interesting update for all of us...

Guys! Good News. I just got my local Passport Request from CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca (local PPR). The reason they don't mention the address of the local VO in the original PPR is because they want us to use a 3rd party agent called "VFS global" to send the passports to the embassy in Moscow. So you would have to either go to one of their offices in person or send them the passports using a courier service to VFS global and not directly to the embassy (safety thing I guess). Anyways, going to make a few mug shots and mail the passports tomorrow, pretty excited

No decision yet, I just want to know whats going to happen next, if we are required to send our passports to ottawa or a local visa office from where we are.
