Yeah but they are providing their international credit card facility only to those who have earnings in foreign currency or are going to travel abroad soon upon submission of all supporting documents.

Finally, I decided to do it by myself.I have a small problem though .I do have old Nepalese passport and u all guys know tht it won't work past nov.while online they ask for passport number.I m confused.Should I get a new MRP passport N include it or I can do it with my existing one.Does citizen certificate number works???

No go for the new MRP. It won't take more yhan 10 days and these days the queue is also less. Shoulf not be a problem.
