I am very confused about the funds tequirement.I m single and in the question asking how much u will bring to canada I selected CAD 22,000.Should I show all the money in my bank statement. ..also should the bank statement be of 6 months????

@ Suresh Job bank is not active at the moment. Also don't select that huge amount. CIC will ask you to bring the money you choose. Safe bet if you are single is CAD 12k.

You will need 6 months of bank/securities statement.

Guys, I have a question regarding POF

I am expecting to get ITA in a couple of draws from now on (EE Score: 417) with required documents in place. However, I have a slight confusion regard to Proof of Funds. I currently have a FD in a bank equivalent however its not sufficient. Currently, I hold equity investments in stocks of different listed companies. Post ITA, can I value these stocks from an organization at current market value and show it as proof of funds (Stocks+FD) or does it have to be liquid cash. CIC does states investment accounts however it does not clarify. Guys, please throw some light.

Yeah seems we need to have a long wait. We Nepalese sitting (or shitting ) at range of 350 need to have high degree of patience, may be we will make it in some 13th/14th draw.

i feel terrible. it is said that nepal is the country cursed by goddess sita now i definately agree with that... cant see any way out except waitin and waitin that too with no assurance of this wait to be fruitful...

Yeah...meanwhile we don't have any IELTS date available in Nepal to increase our chances of being picked soon....seems every doors are closed. ;D

Hello to all! I am also from Nepal. Gr8 to c EE applicant Nepal section. It seems that all frens have already done IELTS and WES. I haven't done both as i thought it would be hard for Nepalese getting ITA without job offer. Now the point have decreased to mid 400. I look forward for your inputs in processing ! ;D Best of luck to all !
