3:- My Ielts Test Date is on 28Jan2015.my result will come after 15 days. So i should apply for Express Entry System 2015 on opening on jan 2015 or i should wait for my result.
4:- me and my wife never worked in canada.
5:- Other ways to get job permit in canada.
6:- What are authorised Representative charges for filling application
7:- Any good representative for me.

You cannot apply without IELTS/CELPIP. Get your ECA done for bachelors degree.

If your degree is non Canadian, you need ECA even for the spouse (if you have).

Hii ..can anyone tell me what kind of WES assesment do i need for cec under express entry on WES.(I have a bachelors from india and a diploma from TOronto)

On WES website ..There are only three options

1) FSW online application

2) Standard Online application (All other purposes)

3) OCAS applicants

I'm planning to take standard one ..is it the right one for me ?

Can anyone please tell me cant we apply for permanent residency in EE system before getting CEC assessed. I have bachelors and masters in engineering both are from India.

If it is mandatory to get degree assessed before applying in EE system then what is the cost apply on each degree and time taken by agency to do assessment????

I think you dont need to do ECA for your bachelors degree as you will be claiming points from your master degree(which is already done in canada ) .

I have to do it because Im claiming points from my bachelors degree + Diploma (Two or more post sec )-- 128 points .
