It looks like there's a good progress now for December eCOPRs! Congratulations! 
My eCOPR is Jan 2nd and I'm frustrated, I mean excited, for GU1.

I mean, I don't want to waste tax dollars and public resources, but Calgary is way out of range.
When I submitted my application, the average processing time was only 15 days while I waited for nearly 85 days.
I reached out to the local M.P. after raising the webform and called IRCC with no informative response; the M.P.'s assistant called me back after 2 work days and told me that IRCC would process it in 10 days.
The funny thing is Cal VO told my local M.P. that they have difficulty with my photo which is not true, I had confirmed my photo & address with an IRCC representative by calling them months ago, but I didn't tell my local M.P. that Cal VO didn't tell the truth.

I believe an email for checking availability is always a better practice than directly knock the door.
My eCOPR is Jan 2 and I got my GU1 March 15. So it looks like it is moving now for January eCOPRs!
GU2 March 18. PR card mailed to arrive in 6 weeks. Almost there!
They say maximum 6 weeks for those who live in remote areas. If you live in the city, it should take less than 2 weeks.
It says it can take up to 6 weeks. So hopefully, shorter than 6 weeks, but the good thing is that Calgary VO is moving now! For those January eCOPRs, you can expect to receive your updates very soon
