Anyone here is or knows of a situtation where the final decision date and COPR number on tracker was generated more then 3 weeks ago on 07th September, but have not received the P1 email yet?

Any insights anyone can offer, I will truly appreciate it. I have called IRCC and they say that it's not been sent yet. Please help guys.

Same here, The COPR number appeared on the tracker almost 2 weeks ago, but nothing! Called IRCC, told me to just wait, still in the processing timeframe.

I did call IRCC, the agent said officers have changed workflow or something and hence might be taking some time. But Etobicoke is still issuing COPRs. God knows when it will happen for us though!

Portal 1 - 11 September. P-2 - 17 September I uploaded photo and address on September 17. Waiting for ecopr. VO Etobicoke. Anyone with same timeline? Did they got any updates from IRCc?
