I got the reply form the Etobicoke office for my inquiry for COPR. ....seem automated though lol "Thank you for your email. Your application is in our virtual landing queue. Given our current processing capacity, there are delays in processing the high volume of files. We will contact you...

Nope haven't called yet ..

Been waiting for ecopr for almost 20 days now...which email should I contact for followup?... The same one I got for portal 1? (In which they asked for details) Or calling IRCC would be good?
