Yes many people reported this. May be there is some kind of maintenance activity going on.

Hi,

My Application status in ECAS and MyCIC has been 'Background check in progress' for a long time. For about 3 months...Then ECAS changed to 'Decision Made' about 10 days back. But there is no update in MyCIC account yet. I tried calling cic to know the status but that was not very helpful.

Is there a way to know if the application is approved or rejected? Should we hope for a PPR request? If yes, does anyone have an idea how long does it typically take to get the PPR request after the ECAS status is 'decision made'?

No way to know lol.. We just have to wait I am day 8 now I have seen people wait 40 days plus average I would say is 1 week to 4.

If you got DM that mean you will get PPR soon, it depend on the officer who working on your application to sent you PPR Email. Some people took 1 week and some took 3-4 weeks.

Good stuff...hopefully this means us August AORs are getting a little more love. Tired of checking ECAS multiple times a day..lol

Waiting 16 days since DM ...... Seems to be gone every quite on granting PRs since the last batch on the 28th .
Not holding out much hope for next Tuesday either as Wednesday is a public holiday .

Certainly is . Considering as I got Aor June 16th ..didn't hear anything until ghost email and DM Oct 22.
Getting close to six months for me
