Nothing yet, I have been waiting for 5 weeks and they haven't started looking at my application yet. Hopefully in the next month I will hear something.

I have the exact same timelines as you do. Got ITA on 27th March (FSW) & applied on 22nd April (AOR the same day). I have no updates not even medical. I am able to access ECAS (Status "In Progress"). My PGWP expires in Aug 15, hoping to get an update in June/July. I guess we might have to wait a bit longer
