Got RPRf request on sept 11th n DM on sept 17th...since thn no update...i called cic n the agent told me its approved but no ppr request to til date...i dont knw whom to contact?

Hey guys, anybody waiting for ppr for a month now after DM status on ecas? Really frustrating. Asked for RPRF on sep 23rd, status changed to DM on ecas on sep 24th. Waiting for further communication from cic since then.

I waited for 33 days. I wasn't the only one either. Hang in there.

ecas changed to decision made today... how long is it normal till ppr? i saw some ppl waited 1-2 months... thats scary...

also can i call cic, will they be able to tell me if my app approved or not?

They won't tell you whither app approved or not, all you have to wait, mine took 34/35 days to get PPR after DM.

Wow that's fast for DM and PPR!! Good stuff.. I applied CEC Inland on 16 July and still no DM. I have 28 days left on my Canadian visa and am freaking out big time. I am seeing almost everyone who applied after I did go through faster and I have no idea why mine is going slow comparatively.

Thanks for update your information. I sent my PP on Oct 19 they received on Oct 20. My return tracking number not activated yet. Hope it would activate tomorrow.

I sent on same date as you. But I dnt expect it be done this week. That's too soon. We should hear sometime next week.

I've just received a request from CIC to upload my FBI clearance. When ı try to upload it asks for expiry date but there is no expiration date on the document! What should ı do, just put an expiry date. It does not accept empty.

Does PPR come as an email directly to your email account or is it a message in your CIC? If it's a refusal does it usually come quickly?

I called CIC today as my ECAS says Decision Made but no email or message in my CIC.

The call center agent was good and he explained to em very nicely.

He said few things:
When on ECAS it says the decision made does not essentially means that the final decision made, it means the documents were all good and the person accessing the file has decided that the officer can look at finally.

Now, a officer will look into this and will send a letter to send our passport and do the landing eventually.

He also mentioned that the PPR request could be few weeks away now so hang on tight. as far as he saw he said the letter for PPR is not issued yet. As online it does not show anything.

My better guess will be just wait and watch!! WINTER is coming son

As for my Time line (2015):
ITA - March 27
AOR: April 9
DM (ECAS): June 29

Im in the same boat. AOR April 1st. DM as of today. Im freaking out and currently on yhe phone with cic
