They send them anytime on the day or night. Mine came in at 10:24 PM EST... other member have reported getting the email early in the morning... So I guess it varies.

Applied for Bowp on June 12th through mail. had no AOR as I didn't even have an ITA. Submitted my AOR in August then by case enquiry but wasn't sure if it would be connected but I guess it did.
