Second question is regarding change of visa office for my wife....Can I send my passport to Ottawa for COPR while I wait for visa office change for my wife?? and do I need to send email to cpp-ottawa for visa office change??

There are other CEC candidates from July AOR batch who are still waiting. Hopefully they will send PPRs to CEC candidates Tomorrow or early next week.

I noticed that yesterday's 25 september all PPR from May AOR. Im June AOR ITA April 10th still waiting for PPR with hope next would be my turn.

As my reserch I found CIC clearing May AOR applicant also they are requesting PPR based on AOR. Since all September 25 PPR applicant AOR from May Where as some ITA from Marh and some ITA from April. As a result we can see CiC Working on AOR not ITA.

Lol!

In a nutshell:

Judging by the PPRs issued on September 25th,
Cic is working in order of AOR not ITA.

Aah I see...yeah..that's quite possible...Well, when it comes to CIC, anything is possible....Being on this forum for more than a year, going through umpteen posts, one thing i learned about CIC is their unpredictability.

Sorry was posting through cell phone some lines were missing that makes you not understand. All I wanted to says in order to September 25 PPR I noticed that CIC followed AOR dates rather than ITA dates.

If you see yesterdays PPR all May AOR, where some applicants received ITA April and some are in March. Most ITA from yesterday equation "March & April ITA = May AOR =Sep 25 PPR". It makes me to understand that CIC working based on AOR (application submitted date) not ITA. Hope will make you clear now. What other opinion please share.

I am one of the earlier May applicant and still waiting on DM while I see quite a few May applicant get PPR which proves ur AOR theory wrong. I believe it is a combination of category, ITA and AOR. For example someone with March ITA and May AOR might get processed before April ITA and April AOR. But again not every file moves in the same order, there are lots of other dependencies such as complexity of your case, the VO you are assigned etc. In nutshell it is difficult to predict a pattern. :)

I have to agree with you. In order to keep their promise of 6 months processing from submission, they have to go by AOR.

I have a completely different view here.
I read in earlier posts that, DM means that all the paperwork is complete and VO will take a final call.
Also, people who have called CIC to inquire about their post DM status, have reported that CIC agents don't agree with what ECAS says. Agents have told that the file may be still in process while ECAS has changed to DM.
So you never know what is going on with your file. Yes, early AOR reciever will have priority over following AORs but you need to understand that each file is different and time taken to get everything completed is different for different applicants.

In my view, PPR have nothing to do with AORs. It's just that whoever's file is completed first gets PPR while some may take longer.

Also, according to CIC the 6 months time is not for everyone but 80% of applicants.

But there is a non deniable priority of April applicants compared to May, and May compared to July (within the same category), except for a few outliers.. Don't you think?

Sorry for posting this here but i need help.

I have previously seen the 'check status/ messages' button and used it on my EE profile when trying to update my profile. Now I just graduated from a program and changed my education from Bachelor's to 2 or more degrees. After about 24 hours, i received an email stating that my application has been updated but when i logged in, I couldn't find the 'Check Status and Messages' button. Also, under the 'detail's' column it shows 'processing update'.

Has anyone experienced this or know how to deal with it?
