Dear Mr xxxxxxxx,
RE: Application for Permanent Residence under Express Entry – Approved but no follow up action from CIC – Request for status of my application – submitted – regarding.
I am Mr. xxxxxxxxxxxx, currently living in xxxxxxx, Canada along with my xxxx(wife/husband). I have received the invitation to apply for Permanent Residency in Canada under Express Entry on xxxxxxxxx 2015. Consequently I have submitted my completed PR application online along with all required documents on xxxxxxx 2015.
The status of my application online was updated as Decision Made on xxxxxxxx 2015 with the following message “A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.” But I haven’t received any communication from Citizenship and Immigration Canada so far.
I have called CIC call center many times in this regard but no agent was willing to look into my application to reveal the status. I have requested the GCMS case notes information of my PR application under Access to Information Act and received the information on xxxxxxxxx 2015. The report says my application was updated as final approved on xxxxxxxx 2015.
The applications which were decision made after me later in August have been issued Passport Requests by CIC. I am not sure if I have missed any communication from CIC or if they have misplaced my application. So I humbly request you to please help me in getting a passport request or further response from the CIC. In support of this, please find attached the excerpts from GCMS notes and screenshots of my PR application status online.
In view of all of the foregoing, I respectfully submit to kindly please help me in securing Permanent Residency in Canada.
