what is the biometric page? Mine included 3 steps as follows:
STEP 1: CHANGES IN YOUR APPLICATION
STEP 2: PASSPORTS AND PHOTOS
STEP 3: SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS FROM CANADA OR THE US

and these instructions were given in English and French!

my co worker recieve 5 pages, with bio page at the end of the page, I'm so confuse why I didn't recieve it.

Finally got my PPR yesterday.

I got DM in Ecas on August 28, and within one week PPR on Sept 1.

Just an Fyi.... CIC CC dont tell you the status on Phone, as they don;t have access to your files. Simply Be patient, eventually you will get the PPR.

I guess it depends on the case - don't worry as long as you have followed the procedures mentioned in the letter

My ECAS shows DM, but when i click on it, it only have 3 lines like before........no sentence like "a final decision has been made XXXXXXXX". is this normal ?

Don't worry, you are good. You will get PPR via email in 1-2 weeks.

Just 3 lines bcoz they dont ask you for any other document.

When you login at ECAS it's next to your name as the link you click on to see your application status. Instead of the link saying In Process, it'll say Decision Made.
