August 24 - eAPR + AOR
August 28 - Medicals passed (mycic), background check in progress, review of elegibility in progress
October 1 - IMM5604 request + background check not needed at this time.
October 2 - IMM5604 submitted
OCtober 9 - BG check --> in progress

Pardon my ignorance. What is DM? Direct Message?
My ecas changed to Decision Made recently (maybe last Friday). I was requested RCMP and RPRF, which I submitted.
Any cases where the applicant's Decision Made was actually a rejection?
I'm confused and excited because I submitted my app on 1st Sep and this is happening really fast. I am an inland CEC applicant.

4 weeks over here, 32 days after DM. GCMS note said application approved and officer is satisfied, client met all requirements, although no PPR yet.

There are cases where DM is a rejection, but because 1) you are inland CEC and those tend to go faster than others, and 2) they asked for RPRF and RCMP, I am almost certain yours is a fast-moving approval. Congratulations!

Isn't it maximum 3 weeks' time after DM. There are cases where the officer forgot to issue PPR. Perhaps you should contact them? Good luck
