Tried my luck one more time this morning, called CIC to know the "Decision Made".

This time no struggle, one super nice gentleman who straight away said :
"PR application APPROVED on August 6, 2015"

He also mentioned the correspondence in regards to the decision may take from a few days up to a month to arrive.
But it doesn't matter, at least now I KNOW :D (but will feel even more real when I have it my hands, lol)

;D TOTAL RELIEF ! ;D

No one should ever be in my situation. It has been 65 days now since ECAS started displaying "Decision Made". MyCIC still shows BG check "In Progress". I've called CIC 5 times now. 1 said my case is not decided but it still is in progress. 3 said decision is made but not sure why I haven't got any official communication yet and asked me to wait. 1 another said he will not comment until 6 months has elapsed. My GCMS notes is due Aug 12th or later. My case-specific-enquiries have not merited any responses. Yet. So that's about it. At this point I'm completely sapped.

Hey did you receive your GCMS notes? I am in similar situation. Ecas decision made but no PPR and waiting for notes.

No PPR yet. It has been 75 days now.
I got my GCMS notes. Interesting information there.
1. It clearly says in multiple places the application final status is APPROVED. It was done on June 3rd 2015 19:39 PM. Entire processing happened in the month of May. I submitted on March 27th.
2. After requesting Schd A document, the only update to "outgoing docs" section is "Application Transferred" with status as "Not Started".
3. There are at least 4 tasks assigned to officer RC-9515, after the case is determined as approved and every single task is "Not Started". He/She even is given a due date to finish it. The due date is "whitened out" (erased).
4. "Finalize application - Document Issuance" section has most recent update (Document -1) and Document-2 "whitened out" or erased. Document 3 & 4 are COPR and COPR counterfoil assigned to be printed with status as "Not Started" in the print queue.
5. I can see primary office set to CPC-Ottawa and the secondary office is set to "Calgary CIC". Not sure why. I believe this should be CIC Sydney.
6. From the notes section I can see one officer saying original offer letter does not describe the job with the word "permanent" and requesting review by another officer. Another officer reviews all the docs related to employment (latest HR letter, sal slips, duties, Tax docs etc.) and confirms he is more than satisfied that this is a permanent job and changes application final status as APPROVED and he is satisfied with my CEC eligibility.

If only I can compare my GCMS notes with someone else who got their PPR and know how should the last update on each sub-section should look like, just before they were issued PPR, that would be greatly beneficial. This file is stuck somewhere (CIC Calgary???) and totally forgotten by the officers to finalize the last steps, is what I think is happening. The CIC agent refuses to talk about it unless 6 months elapses. I can understand if security related info are "whitened out" but conveniently erasing the most recent updates on important sections, now doesn't that defeat the purpose of "Access to Information" act?

This is intolerable cruelty.

Thanks! for all the details.
I would suggest you to talk to your local MP. Give your concern in writing along with the copy of your GCMS notes. I am sure they will follow up for you.
"Whitening Out" is really strange. I am not sure if that is acceptable under AI act, but your local representative or a lawyer may know much about it.
I have ordered my GCMS notes as well which is due August 28th.

By the way can you find the name of your Visa Officer in the Schedule A or GCMS notes ??
I wish you good luck.

1. No officer's name will be mentioned in GCMS notes. Everyone has an alphanumberic 5 to 7 character code assigned to them. e.g. RC9515, FM00229, D5740 etc.
1a. If you dont see this, then its the system that updates it. And system has its own name e.g. EAIEAPP or EAIMEL or SADMIN etc.
2. Every update has fields like Updated by, updated time, status, due by (if required) etc. This is where you get details about officer/agent's code.
3. I did visit my MP's office last month and yesterday. Did what you mentioned. They asked me come back 1 month later. Which i did yesterday. No new updates from them too. The MP staff told me stuff that I already knew: my case status. I don't think they understood my problem until yesterday. They were glad to tell just my status. I had to emphasize the fact that the issue is not the status but the lack of post processing after the decision is made e.g. request for passport. I showed them GCMS notes and how some critical info are missing and whitened out. She said dont show me anything I can't comment about the notes!! She kept repeating that PR is not printed its waiting in File queue. She argued with me its normal to have long processing times. I told her this is express entry and its indeed abnormal that my entire processing time is lesser than the time I had to wait for email contact about the decision/PPR. She agreed.
4. MP staff offered to contact CIC again thru email and asked me to check back 1 week later.

Going by the GCMS notes, the 6 month period does not count from AOR, its probably from the date I received my ITA (Feb 27th) or the date I entered EE profile club (Feb 26th). Not sure. So my worst case scenario is to call CIC agents on Aug 27th when the 6 month moratorium ends.

You can find the name in PDF properties which I found by the way.
I am hoping they should give you PPR before August 27th, the six months deadline.
