May be CIC's July quota for PPRs is full. We might have been pushed to August. Who knows.

Good day house,I know my question may not fit the topic i am posting at but since most of you have more experience than i do i will appreciate if you can advice me on how to go about proving to CIC my proof of funds.I have my 6 months bank statement that shows my funds but the the document check list in express entry wants a letter from the bank which my bank doesn't provide.How can i proof this without a letter from the bank and has anyone had a similar issue with the bank and used an alternative method to proof there funds as requested by CIC and eventually got successful with there PR process.Thanks in advance.

You will have to get the bank to issue a certificate or, at the least, certify your statements by getting it stamped and signed by authorized personnel. If you are doing the latter, include a nicely drafted LOE to explain why your are not able to submit POF in the required format and request the officer to consider your application as complete.

Here's what happened :

- 4 AUG : Schedule A request (for my spouse)
- 4 AUG : Schedule A submitted
- 6 AUG : ECAS updated to "In Process" from "Application Received" + 4th line
- 7 AUG : CIC ghost update email
- 8 AUG : ECAS updated to "Decision Made" from "In Process"

However, even with "Decision Made" there's no update at all in MyCIC.
No 5th lign in ECAS and no sign of PPR either.

ONLY direct communications from CIC are final, not what's displayed on ECAS or MyCIC (which makes sense when you think about the so many different ways that ECAS and MyCIC update themselves from one applicant to another). So basically, "Decision Made" means waiting for final communication from CIC which is either rejection or approval.

In my specific case, no final decision has been yet reached (hence why I didn't receive PPR) :-\ And the wait goes ON...

Don't panic KaydenB, your application might have been already approved. Most often CIC agents are not supposed to reveal that to the callers.
I am guessing CIC is prioritizing PPRs based on NOC codes.
Do you fall under "Level B" occupation ??

OK! I am clueless then.
I would say wait for 2 days and call CIC again, may be by that time the decision will be updated in your GCMS. I have called CIC lot many times until I got a nice agent who opened my application and revealed the actual status.

I've called CIC 5 times now. 1 said my case is not decided but it still is in progress. 3 said decision is made but not sure why I haven't got any official communication yet and asked me to wait. 1 another said he will not comment until 6 months has elapsed. My GCMS notes is due Aug 12th or later. My case-specific-enquiries have not merited any responses. Yet. So that's about it. At this point I'm completely sapped.

When they said decision made, did you ask them if your application is approved ??
