My husband will be applying under FSW as principal applicant. I am a Pharmacist and he has been advised to get an ECA done for me as well to increase his point total. Do I still have to go through PEBC since I'm not the principal applicant? PEBC webpage states they provide ECA for principal applicants only. Can I get my ECA done at WES?
