E-cas status

For family class sponsorship application at the Delhi office, the e-cas status is showing decision made since the last three weeks. So far my husband has not received any letter.

Seniors....any idea how long it can take? or maybe they havent' decided yet? Confused and frustrated as its been two years since we started this process.

Did you try calling the call centre in ND? From what I read on the forum it usuallly takes a couple weeks. But you should call, verify the address they will be sending to is correct.

Would you happen to have the detials of the Delhi call centre. I thought there's one in Canada only

It won't be a call centre, it will be the Visa office number you're looking for. It will be on the main CIC page. Search the New Dehli office.
