I am similar situation. I worked at three places in two different NOC

Company A: 3 Years 10 months in NOC 2147
Company B: 1 Year 8 months in NOC 0112
Company C: 1 Year in NOC 0112

I haven't claimed points for work experience @ companies B & C as I don't have Job Description letter from these companies. So, do you think I will be safe if I submit my application with only Work Experience Certificate from Company B & C (without job duties) and with Experience Certificate + Reference Letter (mentioning Job Duties) from Company A.

You may proceed with the experience of "Company A" (if its within 10 years) as it solely ensure maximum point for you. Make it simple.

I'm not sure CIC asks for your personal history (like OINP). They ask for work experience you're claiming points for, so just use the Company A.
You're not committing any crime

I have mentioned My spouse foreign work experience in Express entry but i am the primary applicant ,is it necessary to submit the duties and responsibilities of my spouse experiance?
