Hello everyone!
We are in the Post ITA stage!
I have a query regarding employee reference letter. I already got a reference letter (on a company letterhead) with my title, salary and work hours information from my HR.
The only thing missing is the job duties and responsibilities.
Will be okay if I get this information from my supervisor on a separate sheet of paper (that does not have the company letterhead) and notarize it?
Will CIC accept this?

Thank You!

Ideally, everything should be on reference letter (letter head) only.

The problem is the HR is not ready to issue roles and responsibilties. I did a lot of reading on this site and found that there are others in a similar situation. Some people suggested getting the details on a white paper and getting it signed by the manager and then getting the paper notarized.

Can't comment on what others are advising. You can try your luck.

Do everything you can to have it on company letterhead, it's very important.
If you made all imaginable efforts, then yes, but I would add LOE explaining why.
