Hi there, I'm having a quite confused situation now on preparing my employment letters for CEC application. Hopefully I can get help here!

My CRS is 445 based on my education+1 year Canada work experience + language test score. I have filled 1 year and 10 months of work experience in my profile:

1. 201808-201903 company A
2.201904-201908 company B (the owner bought company A. Both company A and B are under his name)
3.201909-present company C

My problem is from job 1&2. Company A was sold to company B's owner. Actually only owner changed, company's business name, location and my job duties remained the same. Therefore the employment reference I got before I left the company had the letterhead of company A. But since April 2019, my pay stubs and T4 were provided by company B with a difference address from our office location. So when I fill out my EE profile, I put this 1 year work experience as 2 separate jobs.

Should I ask the previous owner of company A to provide a reference letter for job 1, and ask the current owner (who owns both company A and B) to provide reference for job 2? But they will use the same letterhead since company B doesn't have one. Can I explain the ownership change in the employment letter to state it clear that now company A and B are having the same owner, therefore my paystub was from company B but we are running the business with company A's name?

I'm think of just move job 2 from work history to personal history with a LOE since it is hard to ask my ex-boss to provide evidence for ownership change. And my score won't change because job 1&3 are already having over 1 year experience.

I'm really afraid this ownership change will make VO confused, because it really is. Please give me some advise! Thanks a lot!
