I havent received my visa decision. And none of the reasons mentioned in “Reason for Deferral” applies to me.
Additionally, can you check “ Deferral to next intake ( students not in canada” section of this link.

I tried contacting them on above link too, but got no response (11 days) and even wrote to admissions.

Gotcha. In the link you provided, at the bottom there is information to "defer to next intake at Durham College (For Student Not in Canada)" I suggest you follow those steps. As for the clarity on what option to choose on the Deferral form, I suggest you call Durham College directly during their working hours and ask. If they are not responding to your emails, reach out over the phone.
