Congrats dear..!! its really a great news..!!!

Cheers...

I planning to apply for cio recently
please clarify the following doubts
1. which visa office i have to use ( I am indian living dubai since 10 years)
2. do i need to get sealed university transcript.

hi all

any idea when will i receive my medicals as per my time line???

I have 4 years of bachelor degree in Physiotherapy + 1 year MBA degree ( Both HEC / Government recognized).

According to points calculation i will get 25 points for education.

There is confusion in my mind as both degrees are irrelevant to each other.

My question is that whether CIC will award me 25 points on the basis of 17 years of education
OR

20 points by considering my only bachelor degree (as Bachelor and Master degree are irrelevant to each other)

KINDLY REPLY WITH SOME FACTS AND PROOFS.

REGARDS,
Thenchanted

1) applicants from UAE under FSW should use London as their VO
2) I think it will be better. You should check the application guide as to what is the exact requirement, to be on the safe side

1. U can choose between 2 -- either CHC-London or CHC-ND.
2. Yes, Univ. Transcripts r a must nowadays.

Please note that after collecting your Driving Experince letter from sharjah muroor in ARABIC , do not waste your time and money to get it translated in English as UAE legal translation is NOT accepted here in Canada.

I had to go through this process and had a disappointment after applying at the Driving Institute in Ontario. They will ask for a new Legal Translation from Arabic to English in Canada again and it is done by Association of Translators & Interpretors in Ontario (ATIO). Check their website .
Charges vary from one tanslator to another , it costed me CAD 35 .

For all those members who have got the letters in English-Arabic both from their respective RTOs like Dubai or Abudhabi , NO need to worry. It is accepted AS IT IS.

Let me know if anyone needs anymore information.
