No idea in UAE from where you can get this.

Could be these attestation agencies might be doing, like Genisus check with them.

Else go to Dubai courts near to Floating bridge there you may get some option.

I just called up IVS Global in Oud Metha and they will be the ones giving me the Affidavit for such.

Problem solved.

In fact - I also got in touch with BLS Global in Al Fahidi. They can create a new BC based upon my passport in 5 days ;D.

Unfortunately my PP is already submitted for the PCC. So next week probably ..

Dear All,

Need help please.

I'll be sending my application today via DHL but it requires telephone number of CIO Sydney, Nova Scotia.
What is the telephone/contact number you use?

I believe that contact numbers are required here in UAE when sending via courier (like in the case of DHL & Fedex)

Pls help.
Thanks

Hi,

I'm new to this forum. I'm working here in Middle East and I'm planning to apply for the FSWP but i have a dilemma. I would appreciate if you guys can help me on this matter. I'm filling an annulment to my husband and the same time I want to file for the Federal Skilled Program but I don't know how am I going to fill up the form because it's asking for my status so should I declare 'married" since my annulment is still on process? Do I need to fill up the form about his details but I'm not able to obtain his signature and other requirements for him such as police clearance and his photos because we're in the process of our annulment.

Please help.

Thank you

Dear Forum Members,

I am planning to apply for Canada immigration soon, I have all the things ready except for the two most crucial things for which I need some clarification.

1.I am applying for NOC 1224 – Property Administrator, Now the issue is I work in a local bank of UAE in electronic channels wherein I handle the operational part of ATMs, my main job responsibilities are leasing ATM space for rent, negotiating, preparing contracts and selecting feasible site for rentals along with other responsibilities, renewals of the lease. Now as per my understanding at least one or more job responsibility should match with the preferred NOC, Will my application be accepted if my Job responsibilities matches but not my Job title.

2.My bank refuses to give me experience letter including my JOB responsibility, the only thing they are ready to provide is a service letter, which will state my Job title, Department, Organization and Duration of my Job, Now is it possible that I can provide a statut0ry declaration mentioning my Job responsibilities which can be signed by my supervisor or colleague at office at a higher position (On Plain paper not company letter head) as self-declaration is not accepted.

Appreciate some guidance on this ASAP.

Thanks and Regards
Nabz

Hello,

Be advised at least 50% of the NOC duties should match with your JD.

Title doesn't matter at all.

For alternate option there is very clear option I had stated, just visit couple of pages back on same thread you will be able to find.

All th best.

hi guys,
I need your thoughts....
My VO is new delhi. My country of residence is UAE. VO did not request for passport when requesting for medicals.
I got decision made on May 26th. Got PPR from NDVO on may 27th, asking me to submit it to new delhi. However, due to obvious reasons like, illegal to send passports by courier to India, my consultant wrote on my behalf to NDVO on june 5th, requesting for visa issuance at abudhabi attaching my proof of residence here in UAE. I have not heard anything from the VO yet and it is so stressful. Has anybody experienced the same???? I am so worried .... :'( :-\ :(

Never heard this type of case.

You could have sent your PP for stamping. One of my colleague from NDVO sent his PP from UK to NDVO he gets the visa stamped. Any ways whatever it's done cannot be reverted back.

No other option, just wait n try sending CSE to them.

Wish you all the best.

Received PPR-2 today....

Can anyone tell me how to fill airway bill for return of passport.

In "From"address should I fill Abu Dhabi address and in "To" my return address?

Or I should fill only my return address they will fill their address themselves in airway bill.

Would be appreciated if someone can help me..

Thanks in advance

Looking at get2243's post and doing some research it turns out that sending passports via post/courier to and from INDIA is illegal.

This leaves me in a pickle :(

I had initially chosen LVO but going by the horror stories against it i decided to put NDVO instead in my application. I haven't filed my application yet. If I do file my app with NDVO I will have to send the PP (if all goes well) via a relative's hand with an authorization letter because I do NOT want to risk that chance of my PP going missing in transit because I am resident of the UAE and this will create more issues than it will resolve.

So its basically choosing one of the 2 devils. LVO (with their poor response rate) or NDVO (with the stamping bottleneck).

If there is anyone in the forum who can share any views based on their past experiences, please do so.
