These affidavits are not valid for CIC unless they are backed up by class 10th Certificate. The only options you I have are listed above. Choice is yourz.

FYI same option is listed on Indian PP website too, google it you will get it.

I do have the birth certificate with me. I am trying to provide for an affidavit that attests to the fact that it is mine given that there is a name mismatch between the PP and the BC.

I just checked with one of my friend his All certs, PP etc have same name except BC.

He gave self sworn certificate or affidavit stating mismatch of the names, he's in Canada now

No idea in UAE from where you can get this.

Could be these attestation agencies might be doing, like Genisus check with them.

Else go to Dubai courts near to Floating bridge there you may get some option.

I think self sworn affidavits can be done by the consulates. I shall be going for the PCC so i shall verify this.

Just an advice as PCC takes some time like 5-10 working days from consulate to come. Don't wait for PCC to arrive and then send your package. Depending upon your NOC if you are from cold NOC it's fine.

Initially package can be submitted without PCC also.

Yes i know but my IELTS scores will only come on June 22nd. So I might as well use this time.

With this issue just popping up (BC) things are getting a little complicated.

My NOC is 2281.

Just the start my friend, remember this Immigration process is not piece of cake. It takes months and sometimes a year to get through all depends on your luck.

You have to go through with all this, you will feel like you are in Formulla Rosa ride .

Decided ? if not consider your opinion of going with NDVO instead of LVO.

My BC first name is NISHES and my Class 10 marksheet is also NISHES.

Rest ALL documents that I posses including my Passport mentions my first name as NISHESH. I guess that's how it has always been since high school.

I am currently residing in the UAE so I cannot approach my municipality.
