HI ALL!!
In generic application form it asks for uci number for spouse n dependents.....is it same as principle applicants uci number??? shall I write same ....or shud I leave it blank????

thanx in adv
Regards
fatima :)
UCI is separate for each individual in your application. if u already know about the UCI then write otherwise leave it blank. in my application we are total 4 members so we have four UCI, your medical will be issued based on each UCI.

THANX A TON NEKEOL :)

Hello there

there is still few of us who are unfortunate and waiting,as u can see I have applied in May 2010 started processing in April 2012,file transferred to Paris VO in Apr 2013 and they asked for medicals that was done on Apr 22,2013 and medical recived line seen on May 10 2013 since then we were stuck by the Strike and every communication they replied that BG check is on going then 2 month ago they said that my file is back to London VO .Upon contact with London VO they reply that my file is waiting Officer review ,last month I reminded them that my medicals will expire in 1 month time and we are ready to move in short notice but twice they asnwered the same your file is waiting for review.

Now medicals expired and on 23/4/14 same reply again ,feels frustrated to see all the new file processed quickly and faster while we are still stuck ,happy for everyone who gets his visa and praying for those who did not ,but really 4 years of waiting is killing us .

guys wha is your opinion will they extend medicals or if not when they will send remedicals?

Do you think the Corona Virus issue in Saudiarabia will delay the remedicals since I am currently residing in Jeddah?

Application returned due to incomplete information is not the same as visa rejection.

Just tell the bank officer the draft will be in your name, there is no problem with this.and which bank I should get this Avoid Standard Chartered, and what bank would be the recipient bank in Canada Dosn't matter if the draft is in your name, so it can be any bank......thanks

I don't have any idea which bank in Canada, do banks in Dubai for example emirates bank knows this? Bcoz last time I went to my bank al noor, they r even asking the details of a bank in Alberta, I told them how should I know, I've never been there.

another thing, we will not encash the bank draft once in Canada, we. Will return it in our account in Dubai after we return in two weeks. Is that possible? Thanks

Don't worry it is a reciprocal arrangement. Your bank in Dubai will have an account in a bank in Canada. The draft that they give you will be from that Canadian bank (you don't have a choice on which Canadian bank it is drawn on). If Al Noor is asking this question then they don't have an account in Canada, so don't bother with them. You only need bank details of Canadian bank if you are transferring the money, not for a Draft.

No problem, but you cannot return it to your account without a huge money transfer circle. What you will do is ask your bank to cancel the draft. They may or may not have a penalty for canceling the draft, please discuss with your bank at time of having the draft.

If you have plans to eventually settle in Canada, I would strongly suggest leaving your unneeded savings there. This way you will be building Canadian banking and credit history while you are outside Canada.
