Is London slower than New Delhi office?

If u r an Indian u can apply at NDVO(by nationality) or LVO(by residence in gcc). NDVO was very fast for fsw 2013 applicants and few indian applicants from GCC applied and got PR through NDVO. Only tricky part will be, how u handle sending the passports to NDVO, India while you stay here, but ppl seem to have managed it.

Just want to ask advise or suggestion regarding my work experience. I work in a company in Dubai for 1+ years but due to unfortunate reason my company was already closed. The problem i did'nt get my experience certificate and they are nowhere to find. Is there any other option to claim my experience aside from experience certificate, in which to be acceptable for canadian immigration?

only one affidavit OR explanation letter, by which u can explain your situation but not sure that VO will accept it or not? only u can try or write jobless ( Job Hunting) if u already have sufficient marks.

How about copy of employment contract, offer letter or Passport Visa page is it acceptable?

You would have visa copy, labor card, Contract copy etc. You can use that as a proof of work...

Others have given you the best possible options. My only question is do you require the points for this missing experience? For example, you only need 11 points, for which 2 to 3 years experience is required and you have that experience without the Dubai company, then you need not worry so much. Just send the explanation letter, if they accept they will award you the additional points, if not you will still qualify.

as of now i already have 19 months experience from other company, to make it atleast 2 to 3 years then it's good if i can claim that experience but i just can't present an experience certificate. Also if i will not claim that experience then what i will write in my background history for that certain period, unless i will not mention.

I do not want to provide my Credit Card Details. I have a Salary Account in Emirates NBD.

- How do I go about creating a draft or a certified cheque for the amount which is $550 ? Is this just a normal DD ?
- Also do I need to create the draft/cheque in AED or CAD ?

ENBD will make a DD in CAD, payable in Canada. ENbD do not have a presence in Canada so it will be payable by a multinational bank with whom they have a tie-up.

To create the DD, they will deduct the equivalent amount plus their charges from your salary account.

Furthermore, If you could answer the following question out of experience; Do I need to walk-in to the bank to get the DD done or can I initiate the process online using netbanking ?

Also - I believe I need to send the DD alongwith the Fee Payment form in the Application Package that I would be submitting initially to Nova Scotia ? Or are their some other procedures involved ?
