Yes, u r right. It's good to carry the above while landing at the POE. Let me assure u though that u do not need to carry a 'valuation report' for the jewwllry [except for 'ultra-high value ones' -like 'Diamonds'].alice_chained said:Dear Qorax,
Would you happen to know where do you go to valuate jewellery to declare at customs. You have to show the customs a valuation report, pics of the jewellery and receipts right? I tried to look for someone but can't seem to find anyone.
Kind Regards,
Alice.
Just carry all the pics [u can group them together like all rings, neclaces, bracelets etc], group them in 1 A4 sheet print-out each, that will suffice.
And use a B4A Form to mention 'only' jewellries, if they r of considerable qty. For the values, just post the 'market value' as u deem fit. If u have some of the purchase invoices, nothing like it. If u don't -doesn't matter. Then total them up, to arrive at a centralized 'overall figure'.
For high worth ornaments [aka Diamonds], u must carry a valuation report, if u do not have its purchase bill. That could be obtained from your 'local jeweller'.
Qorax.
