Thanks alot.
Another question. I have some of my documents translated by an official translator back home. Under each translation there is a sentence saying" True translation certified".
Does this suffice? Or should I have a certified translator in Canada translate them again?

Is the translation done on a official letterhead from the Translator and includes the address and contact details? If not just a stamp wont suffice. In this case you will need Translator Affidavit as well.

The translation is done on an official letterhead from the translator. And it contains all the information.
So I don't need to do translations in Canada again, right?

No, you do not need anything else. You have correct translation with you, go ahead. All the best.
