Application for spousal sponsorship returned because could not download recent 0008 and 1344 forms. I have the Adobe software, it keeps telling me I don't. Where is the problem, adobe or cic or me?

I have the same issue. I have tried updating adobe, but no luck. Try the Foxit PDF viewer: https://www.foxitsoftware.com/products/pdf-reader/ I believe you have to do a free trial for it that lasts a month or so, but it works. You can always just keep trying different free PDF viewers and find one that works.Elizabeth W said:
I have gotten them to work through adobe on my desktop recently though. Make sure you aren't trying to open the file from your browser. Save the file to a location on your computer and open it from there. For some reason it won't work if you try to open it directly from the browser.
