Hi I am in the process for applying for immigration. I was instructed that the experience letter I need to produce should be of a specific format. Can anyone help me out in this if there is any? I have a continuous experience of 7 years as a software engineer and designer...

Check 'Proof of work experience' in the below link for the details required in a reference letter.

Hi,
I want to ask that after my graduation(B.A)in 2011 i worked as technician in automobile dealership for 2 years.
After that i did my (ITI )in trade of mechanic motor and waiting for my final diploma in my hand.

1) So my question is will CIC accept that before completing study of mechanic (ITI)..how did i got job of technician before ?
Or this thing does not matter to them that work experience before study..

2)kindly suggest do i need to gain work experience again for 2 years or they'll consider my experience of before ITI ?

I hope you got my point bro...

My EE profile is made based on the experience I had before my MBA. It should be ok with the experience if it is within the past 10 years that you have.
But, if you want the confident answer on this, only Asivad Anac can do that.

Hey,

Hope you all can advise me. I have 10 months experience working in Canada at a job where I required a work permit but no LMIA. It was a paid job (working with natives on reserves) but in the form of a stipend. I looked at some forums and see that stipends do count as income (in terms of eligibility for FSWP). I have all the cheque numbers and everything but no T4. I called up the tax people and asked them if I should receive a T4 or T4A, but they said because my income by the organization I was working for was considered a stipend, I do not receive any kind of T4. I also have a valid reference letter from this employer.

Additionally, I have another 10 months working with a religious organization in Canada where I was receiving a stipend also and required a work permit with no LMIA. This organization was on a reserve with native youth and literally the lady who paid me first gave me cheques (it was really old school) but then as it was funded by the chief, the money disappeared for a while so I didn't get paid for at least 6 months (I survived though as I lived on the reserve and people donated groceries and I had room and board basically covered) and I was then paid in full (cash) upon the end of my contract. It sounds so dodgy but it's not. It's just the way things were on the reserve. But now I don't really know how to prove the pay. I have a letter of reference but again, no T4.

My questions:
1. How do I prove my previous work experience in Canada with no T4? I have cheque numbers/pay stubs for the first job but nothing for the second one.
1a. Should I include in my PR application the job offer letter I had as further proof that I was actually in fact working?

2. Should I have my previous employer state how it was in terms of being paid on the reserve?

3. An additional question: My NOC on my work permit doesn't match my job duties. Should I just go with what they put on my work permit or find an NOC that actually matches what I was doing?

Wanted to add that I received an ITA as a FSW (NOT CEC) and both jobs were full-time.

Thanks guys!

Is there anyone out there? Any kind of advice....
Dear Babalyss,
I would answer them but they would not be perfect ones and if so it would create serious issue.
So, I suggest you to create your own thread/topic for getting the expert member's advice.

Dear Asivad,
This sounds so ignorant, but I forgot to attach my Resume along with my PNP Application form. All other things are attached with the application but Resume. I just sent it today and there is no way i can cancel it. Should I send the Resume separate tomorrow or wait for Ontario to either return the application or inform (I don't know what will they do)??

I imagine that others have been able to successfully add documents to their OOPNP application at a later date as well. Check that specific thread on how they've managed to do that. Because it is a resume, you could possibly send in a mail with the attachment and request them to consider that as part of the application. Or you could send in a follow-up courier as well. Check with others on the thread on the best alternative.
