But I am supposed to contact the PT directly ya? What should i do next?
Start by downloading and filling up the Nominee Application form from the below link. You'll need to get hold of all required documents to be sent along with the application form. OOPNP is paper based application unlike EE and you'll have to courier the printout of completed application, supporting documents and fees of 1500 CAD to Ontario within 45 days of receiving the invitation. The nomination guarantees 600 points (hence an ITA) but this invitation doesn't guarantee the nomination. OOPNP authorities will scrutinize your application and respond within 90 days (for 80% applicants) with a nomination or rejection.

Thank you Asivad.
The Fee seems little scary. more when it is paper based process and when I read something like this;
Skilled worker
Applicants must:

• have at least two years of work experience (within the previous five years) in the intended occupation, or have appropriate registration in Ontario, if applying for a position in a regulated occupation in Ontario.

I am trying to find the details in the link you have shared.

Those aren't mandatory criteria. That information is relevant only to people who belong to those categories.

Download the Application Guide and Nominee Application form and start filling up the latter with assistance from the former.

You're eligible and that's why you've been sent the PT. Relax and focus on form filling and getting documents ready.

Thank you. I have started collecting the relevant documents for the same. But couple of things I wanted to make clear, Pls help me.
First Part of Confusion:
The total year of Job Experience I had given while creating the EE profile was 4 years in the Teaching Job. And that experience was acquired before 6 years. Question is, is the same experience asked in the Section 2 of the guide for PNP Ontario, where it says work experience should be minimum of 1 year.... in the past 5 years from the date of the PT Notification. If so then, my experience is in Teaching Field not in Management field (Sorry, this is the Old doubt I had asked before, I think it is suitable here too).
Second part of Confusion:
I checked the PNP fees with British Columbia and Alberta. These P/Ts are charging only CAD 550 and No charge for PNP respectively and online. As it is online, it would be much easier and lower fees comparing to Ontario. Question is, in this case is it a wise idea to wait for some more time expecting the Interest from these provinces while i am making my documents ready? I think, Alberta has said clearly Secondary School Teachers (my EE profile experience, and this is why first part of confusion) are not eligible.

No. You must have at least 1 year of continuous full-time work experience in a NOC 0/A/B job within the last 10 years. You have that, relax.

They don't send out invites like OOPNP, you have to apply to those programs to be considered and I'm fairly sure their programs are almost (if not entirely) done for the year.

Asivad,

On what basis do i get nominated by Ontario? Do they look for my score which is just 406? If they look for the score i got, then i must not have received interest in considering me in nomination.

What are the things they see while selecting me in the process?

1. Score of more than 400.

2. At least a Bachelors degree or equivalent ECA.

3. Profile created on or after 1st June.

4. Selection of 'Ontario' or 'All provinces and Territories' when asked about intention to settle in Canada.

These are the minimum defined criteria to get an Ontario PT.

Dear Asivad,
I would be so grateful to you if you take some time for responding following points. I would greatly appreciate you for that. It is because of your advice and guidance, I have reached so far. Thank you very much.

General Doubts:

1. I have just 406 score (Yes, you said they see 400+ score but curious). Curiosity is; Do all the people with 400+ score get the message for interest in their nomination by Ontario?

2. Do PNP nominated candidates have higher chance to get ITA or/and do the candidates receive ITA without PNP nomination?

3. If I get nominated by Ontario, my score will be 1006, what is the possibility that CIC issues ITA?

4. Fees: PNP Application: CAD 1500.
If selected,
ITA application Fee: CAD 550,
Right of Permanent Resi. Fee: CAD 490. Am I right?

5. Can I update the relative (Uncle/Aunt) status in Canada(Ontario) OR if not, proof of ties, after submitting the PNP application?

6. You had advised me earlier to take the IELTS for improving the score. Do you think, I need to do it now? I mean i have received the PNP interest by a Province, do i need to improve for Ontario nomination. (It sounds little dumb, cos higher the score higher the chance, but what i mean is that, do i not have a safe space without improvement in IELTS).

Doubts in the Application Form (PNP):

6. A. 3. Unique Client Identifier # (UCI), Where do I find it? I could not see in my EE profile nor in any email (email I have received only to notify me about MyCIC A/c)

7. A. 5. Address. Current Address. What does it mean? I am citizen of Nepal (so the passport is from Nepal) but currently I am living in India. Is it asking for my Nepal's Address or the address (India) where I am CURRENTLY living in?

8.D. 6. Education History, is it given only the ECA certified education or even the ones; High School Leaving Certificate and the pre-bachelor's Degree too are included which are not evaluated by WES. Only Bachelor's and Master's Degree are evaluated.

9. Do I need to give the copy of employment contracts and pay stubs which I do not have and get.

10. Proof of any ties: what proofs am I supposed to give? Can the same people be given who are named in the Close Relatives or Friends?

Not all of them apparently. If OOPNP has any other hidden criteria, no one knows yet.

2. Do PNP nominated candidates have higher chance to get ITA or/and do the candidates receive ITA without PNP nomination?

Anyone with a PN gets 600 additional points and a 100% chance to get an ITA in the immediately following draw.

3. If I get nominated by Ontario, my score will be 1006, what is the possibility that CIC issues ITA?

100%.

4. Fees: PNP Application: CAD 1500.
If selected,
ITA application Fee: CAD 550,
Right of Permanent Resi. Fee: CAD 490. Am I right?

For a single applicant, Yes.

5. Can I update the relative (Uncle/Aunt) status in Canada(Ontario) OR if not, proof of ties, after submitting the PNP application?

I think the PN application form itself requires you to fill these details.

6. You had advised me earlier to take the IELTS for improving the score. Do you think, I need to do it now? Not needed if you received the PT.
.
Doubts in the Application Form (PNP):
6. A. 3. Unique Client Identifier # (UCI), Where do I find it? I could not see in my EE profile nor in any email (email I have received only to notify me about MyCIC A/c)

UCI is generated only when you apply to Canada for some visa or the other. If you don't know what UCI is, you don't have one so leave it blank or mark it as N/A.

7. A. 5. Address. Current Address. What does it mean? I am citizen of Nepal (so the passport is from Nepal) but currently I am living in India. Is it asking for my Nepal's Address or the address (India) where I am CURRENTLY living in?

Indian address.

8.D. 6. Education History, is it given only the ECA certified education or even the ones; High School Leaving Certificate and the pre-bachelor's Degree too are included which are not evaluated by WES. Only Bachelor's and Master's Degree are evaluated.

Only the ones with ECA.

9. Do I need to give the copy of employment contracts and pay stubs which I do not have and get.

These are needed to assign you points on the FSW grid - you'll need reference letter with roles & responsibilities mentioned. Employment contracts (unless they have roles & responsibilities mentioned and they align with chosen NOC) and pay stubs alone won't suffice.

10. Proof of any ties: what proofs am I supposed to give? Can the same people be given who are named in the Close Relatives or Friends?

Yes.

Wow!!
This is amazing. Just delighting!

7. A. 5. Address. Current Address. What does it mean? I am citizen of Nepal (so the passport is from Nepal) but currently I am living in India. Is it asking for my Nepal's Address or the address (India) where I am CURRENTLY living in?

Indian address.

Do they not ask the address for citizenship? In this case, there seems to be nowhere i need to give the address of my home country (-Nepal). Because, communication address will be my current address in anyway and this is the only place address is asked. My passport's address is not to be shown anywhere?

I will get the reference letter with duties and responsibilities and the consolidated payment too, but the Paper docs for "employment contracts and pay stubs" are not given to temporary staff in most orgns in India. Is there any supplement for this?

One more thing, Do i not need to give them any reference number or proof with the PNP application to Ontario that i have received the message from them which says they have interest in my nomination?

Thank you very much again.

Not sure where the OOPNP application form addresses this. I imagine CIC needs the current address rather than the passport address.

If you have the reference letters on letterhead with roles & responsibilities and it mentions annual salary as well, that takes care of most of the requirements. Check 'Proof of work experience' in the following link to get clarity on all the details CIC typically wants in a reference letter.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

Thank you very much again.

I don't think they will need anything other than the EE reference number to validate this at their end.

Thank you very much.. Can't express it in words.

But about the address, I don't know, I am not able to decide as on which address to give. Cos in our country (India), we have; Permanent address and Temporary (communication address). But there is nothing like this in the form. It just says: Address. Current Address. Country* (in the blank form i took print out). May be they figure out my Nepal's address too by the EE reference number.
