I have a doubt about landing in province..
In my COPR i have given landing city as Vancour, BC . But i am planning to land in Toronto. Can i land in Toronto?

Second one is. Do i have to mention an address in Vancour, BC for sending my PR card while landing or can i give an address in Toronto? I heard from one watsapp group saying i have to give an address in Vancour. Please help me out.

IS there any immigration office where i can call and ask these doubts directly for clarify? Can anyone provide me the number ?

thanks in Advance.

You can land in any province In Canada but not in Quebec. The PR cards will deliver within the province mentioned in the COPR so you have to give the address for the province mentioned.

This is incorrect. The PR Card will be delivered to any address that you nominate at the landing interview with the CBSA officer at the POE, except Quebec. The applicant is on FSW1, not PNP, and is not tied to a nominating province.

Address Update
If an address is already indicated on the CoPR, the officer must check with the client to ensure that it is still applicable. If it is not, the address should be crossed out and updated with the new address. The update must also be made in FOSS and/or GCMS, depending on the system being used. If GCMS is being used, the officer must verify that the address in FOSS is also correct and make any changes if necessary, as the Permanent Resident Card Centre (PRCC) relies on the information found in FOSS when generating a PR card.

However, if the client does not yet have a permanent address, he/she should be told how and when to send in their permanent address when it becomes available. The client should be counselled to do so within 180 days in order to receive a PR card. If FOSS is being used, the address section should indicate “Address to follow” in the street space and the postal code field must be left blank.

The only time that the province is important is if you are sponsored under PNP or are coming in on a Quebec program.
