Landing doubt

Hi to all,

I am planing to land Alberta and will settle there in Edmonton or Calgary hope so,
I will travel from Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) to Alberta via connecting flight of Toronto

I am in doubt how can I travel from Toronto to Alberta?

Will I have to go through the immigration counter in Toronto airport before forwarding to Alberta.

Will not Toronto be my port of landing??

Please help

If your flight connects through Toronto then Toronto will be your port of landing and you will have to go through immigration in Toronto. Once you have landed, you will then continue on to Alberta.

So u mean that I have to apply for SIN, Medical Insurance and PR card from Toronto?
OR
Can I apply these from Alberta after continuing
