1. Will my visitor visa will still be valid or will the student visa cancel the visitor visa?

First of all, you need not have posted 3 separate threads as that will confuse people.

It is important to if you have applied for a Temporary resident visa (TRV) with the intention to visit Canada as a tourist. In this case, you will have to either contact VFS where you can ask them to withdraw the application for a study permit ( Canada has only one 2 types of visa ) or you will have to go to the Canadian high commission to withdraw it. I am assuming the passport is with VFS/ Canadian embassy.

If you have obtained the TRV with the intention to study in Canada then your TRV will likely be canceled as the reason for you visiting Canada is no longer valid. Do keep in mind that if you are unable to withdraw your application and you are not rejected for the study permit you will have to cancel your visa which may have a negative impact when you try to apply for study permit again or enter Canada in the future.

How did you get the TRV. If you got the TRV to visit Canada then you should not lose the TRV by withdrawing study permit.

If you got the TRV to study then you will lose it. Getting TRV to study does not entitle you to visit Canada as a tourist.
