does last year rejection of uk visitor visa effect Canada student visa ????

hi ,

i have just completed the b.com regular from G.N.D.U university (Amritsar ) in march 2012 and planning to go for canada as a student .there is no gap in studies and i can also fulfill all req. of spp
I question is ??
i have applied for visitor visa for u.k in 2011 and got rejected ,if i apply for student visa in canada sept 2012 or jan 2013,does that rejection have any negative impact on the application .

Plzz reply me and also suggest any college ,Canada .

Not really. I have seen a guy get the visa for canada after being refused a earlier visa to canada as well as Australia.

You wanted it to be a University so here are some good options:

BC(Vancouver)
1. Douglas college
2. Kwantlen Polytechnic University (I studies here)
3. Langara college

Manitoba:
1. University of winnipeg
2. University of Manitoba
3. Red river college
4. Brandon University (This is a small city so avoid this one because i suspect it would be hard to have a part-time job, but i am just guessing..i am visiting in a couple of days so will keep you updated)

Saskatchewan:
1. SIAST
2. University of Saskatchewan

There are tons in ontario. A good way to look at only good universities is to look at the colleges and universities who are participating in the Off-campus work permit program of CIC.

There is this guy I know who was refused US visa 5 times and than got refused for student visa for australia and he got his visa for Canada...Dont worry at all...You just need to make sure that your documents for Canadian visa are perfect.
