Document Checklist - Sponsor

Hi everyone, Im sponsoring my husband via inland application, I have the Document Checklist - Spouse (IMM 5533) which I am going by. I stumbled upon another checklist called Document Checklist - Sponsor (IMM 5491) just while on the CIC website. Is that a checklist that I need to include in the application or just the IMM 5533?
Please Help!

I believe that is the older checklist. They updated all forms in Dec of 2016. Go with what the above poster mentioned. Only include what is stated when you enter your details in.
