@ pakmate...Consolidate your questions. If you will flood the forum, it would be difficult to answer.

Do go through the Guide, The CHECK LIST and the Application forms, in detail. Make a list of what the Check list is asking for and stick to it as much as you can, to avoid delays or refusals.

What do you mean? you just need to send the Copies of Passport pages that have your Personal Data on it...ONLY.

You have to make a Travel History, make it yourself, nothing is to be attached with it.

thanku in advance

Just get your Birth Cert. from your place of origin. You dont need to prove anything or explain why you came to Karachi, all details are entered in the "Personal History" Section of the forms. Police Cert. is one per country where you resided for more than 6 months.

hello seniors......
i hav question abt proof of relative..
if i m showing my maternal auntt get 5 points so how may i show my relation wth her?my aunt is my mother's brother 'swife..so how i show relation wth her?
thanku in advance

You need to attach Proof that their Lineage matches. Birth Certificates, that prove such. Your Mom's and your her Brother's Birth Certificate, showing same parents...or something like that.

I am principal applicant my husband is living in KSA and I am with him since last 3 month on family visa, what documents do I need to submit to prove that my visa office is London

Pakistan and London both are being dealt in London. If you are 1 year or over in Saudia then you can be processed as Resident of Saudia. You will have to attach Visa copy (Along with Translation, if stamped in Arabic), as a proof that you are in Saudia for 1 year. This way you will not deal with Islamabad Visa Office in Future for Passport request etc. Though I am not sure how this goes.

Do I need to submit my husband Experience certificates from his current and previous Job.

Better to include, as he will be preparing his Personal History details, serves as a proof of what he has been doing.

Do I need Police certificate of Area X and Y of karachi and Rawalpindi too
Each COUNTRY. Get it from your last place of Residence.

What document needed to get computerized Nikkah Nama and how long does it takes, is it possible to get while me and my husband is in KSA.

You need to send TRANSLATED copy that is notarized along with the Original Copy (Go through the New Check List). If you cannot get computerized, that is not a problem. Just send Copy of Original, with Translated copy that is Notarized.

Thank you for your answers devilhimself
why your time lines is very less?
When you file your application how many applications left in your NOC before reaching cap
Regards

Basmalahh +1 for you!!!

What about translations? A notarized translation will do? Or we must send certified copies of the documents to a Canadian translation agency? Thx!

Can any one let me know that M.B.B.S degree from Pakistan will get how many points for education. It is a five year bachulars.

No No, dear sho, forum is for asking questions :) No one should be stopped to ask em.
I was only advising to consolidate questions, so that people can answer em easily.... :)

Though more I read about F'ked up system in Canada and the way the Immigrant Doctors are being sidelined, the more I become scared of Immigration. I hope its not that bad, once we get there.
BUT something tells me its gonna be BAD!!! :D BUT HEY!!! Thanks to internet at least we dont have any rosy thoughts....and we can prepare for the worst ;D

Me and Jason Kenney used to play Gulli Danda :P :P :P

Kidding aside, may be application was PAINSTAKINGLY completed, and nothing was missing...Application if reached within CAP is the target, what was the status of CAP is irrelavent and does not effect the Processing Time. IF you complete the package to the teeth with "Check List" as your divine guide, you are going to get short times.

Actually I was trying to say the same thing, I myself has answered the same questions many times asked by the same member, so what I was trying to say is we should follow our questions if somebody has answered or not rather than putting the sames questions multiple time in multiple threads.

Regards,

Here is from CIC website:
Applicants for Permanent Residence
You must select the visa office that serves your country of nationality or the country where you have been legally admitted for at least one year.

For Pakistan you need to apply to:
Business and Skilled Worker classes apply to London

BUT as you are not 1 year in Saudia, So probably at the stage of Passport request you will get 2 part. And will have to submitt passports at Islamabad.

Here is the website link:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp#p

Like I told you before, try going through the Guide and Check List in details, there are many many good answers and tips there, that will make you avoid mistakes.

Try going through this:

Download and read this guide:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/EG7.pdf

Then take a Test to see if you make the 67 Points:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assess/Education.asp

Then see the Check List for Documents:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.pdf

This will give you a detailed and clear view of where you stand and what to arrange for.

Also make sure that when you are making your Experience Certificate, reference letter from employer, take a Salary Certificate as well. Also include detail of duties that you performed in the exp letter. These 2 things are most IMPORTANT...Besides many other :)

Best of Luck.
