to be honest GCMS notes weren't useful. i applied three times and it didn't have any information .
May be its called as CAIPS , but i am not sure. it usually have officers comments on it.

GCMS system replaced CAIPS.
Visa notes are more descriptive compared to GCMS notes. You can also call it physical file which will have notes of VO on it. I might be wrong.
 
i know even i have never heard of something. but I did my homework before hiring that lawyer.
lets see what happens . to be honest its been a very stressfull situation, more then 16 months and still waiting . no MR yet. i am so helpless and i am trying to ignore this immigration out of mind but i can't
having problems focusing on work and personal life. I got my RCMP on Nov 7 2013 and i thought i am ok but nothing is working out for me .God knows what am I gonna get

yes. it has more info and will help my lawyer to get exact picture of my application so he proceed with a solution.

Did you get your visa notes? if yes, can you please share with us why they put your file for hold for such a long long time ?
