did I do this correct? any opinions?

So I have been askings tons of questions but I just want to make sure of things:

So when I have been using additional sheets of paper I have been labeling them by appendixes

For example:

On the sponsored spouse questionaire there are 5 questions that I have had to write on additional sheet of paper so I wrote

SEE APPENDIX A
SEE APPENDIX B
SEE APPENDIX C
SEE APPENDIX D
SEE APPENDIX E

Then I have the answers attached to the back of the form labeled by the appendix and the form name.

Now my question is...when it comes to other forms can I reuse the appendixes?

For example:

On the sponsor questionaire there are 3 questions where I am having to use additional sheets of paper. I have them labeled:

SEE APPENDIX A
SEE APPENDIX B
SEE APPENDIX C

Is this ok because it is on a completely different form? Or should I continue on with the next letter

SEE APPENDIX F
SEE APPENDIX G
SEE APPENDIX H

No need to make redundant appendix forms. Use Appendix A on any questions, on any forms, that it applies to.

It would be helpful to list the forms/questions at the top of each appendix that it applies to, but...you'd like to think that even the most junior person at CIC could `figure it out'.

So what you are saying is I should label all questions needing additional sheets appendix A?

At the top of each appendix, write:

Your name, date of birth, application number...basically providing as much information, in case the appendix gets separated from your application, so that CIC will know who it belings to.

List all forms and questions that this appendix `answers/explains', at the top.

Do the same for each additional appendix.

You are making it far more complicated that it needs to be. There is no need to have multiple appendices for each form; if it can fit on one piece of paper, put it on one piece of paper. You can simply put "See additional sheet" for each question. Title the additional sheet "IMM xxxx - form name", applicant or sponsor name and DOB and put it behind the form.
