No,I have not. I don’t want to tell them what if they will fire me . I just wanted to know if I should get ARC or not. I thought it’s been 5 years may be they won’t have my fingerprint or any type of record in system because after some time all record is erased or something and as a flight attendant I can enter with general declaration because this is also a kind of authorization that all crew members will leave that country and CBSA won’t find out about my ban because of my new passport.

If it was as easy as getting a new passport to avoid a lifetime ban, the ban would be meaningless. Unless you have somehow managed to get a whole new identity (in which case you wouldn't be asking questions like this, you'd be some sort of international criminal mastermind), you can't avoid the ban.

The general declaration doesn't mean anything if you aren't allowed into the country.

Records are not erased. They are kept in the system forever.
I thought they erased after 5 or 10 years. So they can find out about everything even if it’s crew member, pilot or any other person. so the best thing is to get an ARC? Also, thank you so much for the reply.

Again, no - they are not erased. Again, they are kept forever. We've seen plenty of cases here where CBSA knew about deportations from several decades ago.

Speak with your employer.

Yes I will talk to my emplyer and apply for an ARC.

So I thought may be I can enter Canada with new passport and new passport won’t Be in system. But I need an ARC to enter so I will try to talk to my employer about this.

Yes, talking to your employer is the best course of action. You cannot come to Canada without an ARC.

The immigration consultant is not the one that will lose his job in case he's giving you wrong information.

You have a lifetime ban from Canada. You think that just because you got a job with an airline Canada will allow you back in? I mean, it's now up to you. You decide what you want to do, take the risk that you will be deported again, or tell your employer and try and work it out properly.

Keep in mind that with a lifetime ban, you will be entering Canada illegally and it will probably result in you being detained in immigration detention until they remove you. You have no right to enter Canada.

I’m mexican I got my eta permit in 2017 but never got to use it. I got deported last year from USA and banned 5 years. Would this affect me I f i want to get into Canada as a tourist? I want to visit my boyfriend

CBSA could refuse you at the point of entry based on your US inadmissibility. So yes, there is the potential it can affect your entry to Canada. Your immigration history from the US is available to CBSA.

I am a Canadian citizen who got married to a man that was deported from the US about 11 years ago for the distribution of crack coccaine. Though he wasn’t caught with it, he was convicted for it.

I have submitted a spousal sponsorship application in August and as we speak, it is in processing.

My question is; will his past be an issue for this sponsorship?
