If it was as easy as getting a new passport to avoid a lifetime ban, the ban would be meaningless. Unless you have somehow managed to get a whole new identity (in which case you wouldn't be asking questions like this, you'd be some sort of international criminal mastermind), you can't avoid the ban.No,I have not. I don’t want to tell them what if they will fire me . I just wanted to know if I should get ARC or not. I thought it’s been 5 years may be they won’t have my fingerprint or any type of record in system because after some time all record is erased or something and as a flight attendant I can enter with general declaration because this is also a kind of authorization that all crew members will leave that country and CBSA won’t find out about my ban because of my new passport.
The general declaration doesn't mean anything if you aren't allowed into the country.
