Deported from USA. Will I be able to apply for Canada.

Hello, I trust you have been fine? Thank you so much for the engagement in 2018.

I'm back with further questions hoping you may shed light.

I moved with my family to the UK since March 2021 with my wife being a student. We had no issues with our application to the UK (I was in the UK in 2016 before my US deportation in 2017 and my wife had her MSc in 2015)

Now we are attempting to move to the US on a NIW visa.

Could you please advise what we can do or to avoid given my US deportation history. My wife will be the main applicant.

Recommend you post to a US immigration forum. Make sure you indicate the reasons for the deportation and any applicable bans. There should be a specific ID attached to your deportation.
