Medicals have to be done before sending the application. The DMP will give you a copy of the form, so you can add it to your application. The results will be sent to Islamabad directly, and they will "wait" there. You send your application to CIC (Mississauga), and if your wife is approved as a sponsor, the file will be sent to Islamabad for further processing. There they will add the medicals results to your file (as you will have a copy it's easy to match up with your application).

For the rest - the others have summarized - prepare your PR application, add as much proofs as you have to make you case strong, and file your application. then wait - nothing else to do.

Good luck,
Sweden

we are not planning to apply for visit visa first. We are gona file sponsorship first and then visit visa. I dont work here and my mother in law, wife and 1 friend support me from Canada ever since i been here. 3-4 payments in 1 month. so i dont know what kind of ties to my country should i mention in my visit visa file to prove it to immigration that i will leave Canada before expiry of my visiting permit. expect than my sponsorship.
Filing for refugee claim was advised by my stupid consultant who just lied to me for money and before my hearing he started to ask me to look for girl and get married. I was surprised when he said that. Even after i got shipped from Canada, me and one of my friend which was his client too, we both reported him to immigration. God knws if they took any action against him or not.

I really wana go back to Canada as my family is in financial crisis. and i am supporting everyone in my home. including my brother and mother and 1 cousin who lives with us. and i get money from my family from Canada.and plus my wife is really sick. she needs help around the household stuff and sometimes its hard for her to even go out and do groceries. Her doctor and her disability worker are willing to write a letter for us to speed up the process.

yes thats for sure, we have $700 worth callings cards, westren unions receipts, emails, facebook, and skype chat logs. and we also have exchange gifts and cards on special occasions like bdays, valentines day and stuff. and lot of pictures together including with my family and reletives and also when she was here in Pakistan she didnt want to leave and we had to extend the air ticket for her flight back to Canada. N she left Pakistan on the last date of her visit visa expiry. That should tell something immigration. and we been talking on daily basis 3-4 times a day in past almost 2 years. only skipped 1 day.

thanx a lot everyone for helping me on this. Much appreciated.
1- Repay the ticket and attach the receipt (or should we wait till immigration ask us to repay it)
2- Medical
3- File Sponsorship
then immigration will ask us to pay ARC fees.
4- Visit Visa
so these are the steps we should follow?

You will NOT get at visitor visa without ARC. You've been deported from Canada. You require ARC to be able to return here, EVEN as a visitor. So you would have to apply for the Visitor visa and ARC at the same time. You won't get it as they will not believe you will return to Pakistan after your visit because you are married to a Canadian and will have a sponsorship application in process.

1)wait till they ask
2) Yes
3)Yes

4)They will Not give you a visit visa, not by Christmas not by next year. Only way you can come back is after your sponsorship process is complete. Normally it's very tough for people to get a visit visa from your country, the fact that you were deported plus have a spouse in Canada reduce your chances to 0. There is no way you would be able to convince the officer that you will return back.

It does not matter when you file your sponsorship application you won't be given a visit visa.

Yes, nothing else you can do, the process will be long. Since you said you have financial issues and aren't working, I suggest you start looking for a job ASAP.

As others have said:

1) No - don't repay it now. Wait until you're asked to.
2) Yes - do the medical before submitting the sponsorship application.
3) Yes - file the sponsorship application as soon as you can. CIC will ask you for the ARC fee when it's time
4) No - do not apply for a visit visa. You don't qualify because you were deported and you won't be approved. Forget about visiting Canada until your sponsorship application is approved. Expect it will be a year or more (likely more) before you will be able to return to Canada.

You also need to start taking responsibility for the role you have played in making this situation far more complicated than it needed to be. You should have left Canada when you were told to leave rather than waiting until the deportation order was issued.

^^ Much more than a year, as per CIC your average spouse case takes 26 months from his country, with his added complications it will take longer. That's why I told him to start looking to work ASAP, it will help pass the time and it will ease any financial issues.
